I know how that feels! One thing I have discovered that helps is to focus more on inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. The darkness and coldness of winter has always been a great excuse to stay bundled up inside, I admire you :) I'd be curious to know how you train to breathe properly in cold weather.
